For more information about presentation formats, and submission forms, please see below:

Individual Papers - Submission Guidelines

Individual paper presentations should be no longer than 20 minutes, and include at least 5 minutes for audience questions and discussion. Presenters may integrate time for questions and discussion in any way they choose.

To submit an individual paper proposal, please complete the individual paper submission form (which includes author name(s), pronouns, affiliation(s), lead contact information, and title) as well as an anonymized abstract (250-300 words).

Panels - Submission Guidelines

Panels will be facilitated by a lead organizer and discussant, comprising multiple individual papers (maximum 5) on a common topic. Panels should be no longer than 90 minutes and should include no more than four 15-minute papers. Panel proposals should integrate 15 minutes for audience questions and discussion, and identify a discussant or session facilitator.

To submit a panel proposal, please complete the panel submission form (which includes author name(s), pronouns, affiliation(s), lead contact information, and title) as well as an anonymized proposal, including an overview (250 words) and titles and abstracts for individual papers (250 – 300 words each).

Individual Discussions Sessions - Submission Guidelines

Individual discussion sessions will be led by a single discussant, engaging audience members in conversation around a key question, concept, or issue in the field. Individual discussion sessions should be no longer than 90 minutes and should be interactive in format.

To submit an individual discussion session proposal, please complete the individual discussion session submission form (which includes your name, pronouns, affiliation, preferred contact information, and discussion session title) as well as an anonymized proposal (500 words).

Conversational Discussions Sessions - Submission Guidelines

Conversational panel discussions will be led by a group of panelists, who will engage audience members in discussion around a key question, concept, or issue in the field. Conversational panels should be no longer than 90 minutes, and should be interactive in their format. Conversational panels may include any number of panelists, but proposals should identify how the session will be facilitated.
