New Streamlined GenCen Digest

Every month GenCen compiles a range of information to share with our faculty, students, staff, and community stakeholders. Called the "GenCen Digest," this document has grown over the years to become so large as to be, well, somewhat indigestible. So we have been working to make the Digest more user-friendly. You will note that the May Digest is much shorter than usual (some past Digests have been 30 pages long!), and we hope it is easier to navigate.

Starting in Fall 2017, we anticipate replacing the Digest with something even more user-friendly. Rather than sending out all relevant information compiled in one document, you will be able to sign up for categories of information, based on your interests. We will have categories like News and Events, Student Internships and Educational Opportunities, and Grants and Fellowships. Just choose the information you want to receive, and we will send you only that information at time intervals that are most appropriate for each category of information. More details about this change, including how to sign up for specific categories, will be forthcoming in late summer.

As always, if you have an event or opportunity that you think others on the Digest mailing list would like to know about, please tell us about it. At GenCen we strive to be a hub for campus and community information related to women's studies, gender, and sexuality, and we can only do that because of the amazing stakeholders who make us what we are.
