Finals Stress Relief

Join GenCen for a stress relief event on Tuesday, December 12 from 1-6pm in room A124 Wells Hall. 

 

The event will feature food, massages, and de-stress movement classes.

Description of the classes:
"Transform everyday stress into well-being by moving with beauty. The Creative Self-Care experience is instructed by Heather Vaughan-Southard and uses pilates and somatic dance to create a grounding sense in one’s body and offer tools for authentic expression through movement. Bodies and movers of all kinds and levels encouraged."

1:00-2:00 De-Stressing Movement Class #1
2:00-3:00 De-Stressing Movement Class #2

3:00-6:00 Free Chair Massages with therapists Jennifer Zeiss and Ulyana Maystrenko
